[hidpi] Ubuntu 16.04 cannot navigate through TabPane tabs using drop-down list

      JDK9 b135, Ubuntu 16.04 (Unity) + HiDPI (scale = 2)

      Please run the attached test code. Cannot expand the drop-down list of the tabs on the right side of the pane to navigate over the tabs.

      The issue isn't reproducible with JDK8 on the same machine. Also isn't reproducible on non-HiDPI machine.
