[hidpi] Ubuntu 16.04: tooltips are broken

      Ubuntu 16.04 Linux (Unity) + HiDPI + JDK9 b135

      Please run the attached test code and move a cursor over the checkboxes. The 1st time the tooltip "11111" occurs as expected. But when moving the cursor over the other checkboxes (or returning to the 1st), no tooltips are shown.

      No such issue on a non-HiDPI machine with the same OS.

      Not reproducible with JDK8
