[macosx] VoiceOver can only navigate to first two items of a JList

      Using the attached test case, Using control+option+up/down arrow VoiceOver can only navigate to the first two list items of a JList. Also, VO does not follow and report selection when not using VO navigation, i.e. when just using the arrow keys.
