there are tests which have @ignore directive, but the mentioned bug is already closed, or there is no bug id at all. such tests should be either unauqrarntied if a bug is really fixed or updated to have another reason in @ignore.

these incorrect @ignore make it a bit harder to switch from @ignore to problem-list exclusion mechanism.
