[macosx] TabPane's drop-down list sometimes isn't hidden when clicking outside of it

      JDK9 b136, OS X 10.11, Retina (not sure if it does matter)

      Please run the attached test code => "tabs-nok-2.mov", (the tab list sometimes doesn't disappear when clicking near it)

      Also reproducible with JDK8
