invokedynamic implementation should not wrap Errors

      The JVMS for invokedynamic has been update so that Errors will not be wrapped in BootstrapMethodError and will propagate directly from a bootstrap method (or the mechanism by which arguments to the bootstrap method are resolved).

      The implementation should be updated in accordance with the specification.
