REGRESSION: JVM crash when run java on ATI's PlaysTV extension

      Several users has reported that jAlbum has begun to crash lately.

      Here is the pattern: Run Windows and an ATI Radeon graphics card along with
      ATI's "PlaysTV" extension. When that extension is uninstalled, jAlbum is
      stable again. Suspect a recent auto-update from ATI's part to be the cause of
      this, but ATI may of course claim that Java isn't using their API's
      correctly.

      Here's a Windows Event Log error pointing out the call sequence:
