IgnoreModulePropertiesTest.java needs update for JDK-8162401

hotspot/test/runtime/modules/IgnoreModulePropertiesTest.java expects --add-exports and --add-reads to throw exception if the name is unknown.

JDK-8162401 has changed this to be a warning rather than fatal error.
