[macosx] Maximization of a dialog hides it

This is a similar bug to JDK-8160241. On OS X/macOS systems since 10.10, run for instance SwingSet2, open JFileDialog demo and click maximize button. The dialog will disappear (with animation) and become inaccessible, still blocking the application.
