Unable to Unable to launch java.exe from Terminal/Command Prompt from default javapat, shows the following error in terminal.

REGRESSION. Last worked in version 8u112

I have used JRE (64bit) on Windows 10 and Windows 7 both 64-bit OS

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Java 9 early access update 141
2. Complete the installation
3. Launch terminal
4. Type java -version and observe

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
Expected:
Java version should be displayed
ACTUAL -
Actual:
Error: could not find java.dll
Error: Could not find Java SE Runtime Environment

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.

Launch java.exe -version from Installation location (default: C:\Program Files\Java\jre-9\bin\java.exe
