When an earlier version of JRE is installed, a problem shows up when using
the MSI installer to install JRE 8u25. Even though JRE 8u25 shows up in
"Programs and Features" in the Control Panel, it does not show up under
either user or system settings in the Java Control Panel. The problem shows
up when installing other versions of JRE 8, including 8u92 and 8u112.

This problem did not happen with JRE 6 or with JRE 7.
