[Regression]Got error message when launch cache viewer from command line

      Steps to reproduce:
      1) Run command:
      javaws -viewer
      2) If an error message was showed up, bug was reproducible

      Note:
      1) If launch JCP firstly and then launch the viewer from JCP, there is no such error
      2) JRE8u121b06 works well
      3) Mac 10.10 works well
      4) User is an administrator
