Scene builder apps don't build with Jigsaw JDK 9

      After switching to a Jigsaw-aware JDK 9 for building JavaFX (JDK-8161704) we can no longer build the scene builder apps. We will need additional work in the scenebuilder build scripts before we can re-enable it.
