FULL PRODUCT VERSION :
Application is running on the jre version 6 update 20. But the application is compiled on jre version 6 update 32.

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Ours is a imaging viewer application and is built on javax.swing component. when the customer viewing Dicom images on the viewer , application is hanging and getting a message "Java Platform SE binary is not responding" behind the application.
We are not able to take thread dump as the JVM crash happened. is there any way to take the thread dump even if the JVM crash happens to find the source of the error message "Java Platform SE binary is not responding"
we wanted know the reason of getting the "Java Platform SE binary is not responding" message.
STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
There is no specific workflow to reproduce the issue. Occasionally while viewing images Application hangs and getting the JVM error message "Java Platform SE binary is not responding"
EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
JVM Crash should not happen
ACTUAL -
A pop up message is coming as "Java Platform SE binary is not responding".
ERROR MESSAGES/STACK TRACES THAT OCCUR :
This is the error with the Event 1002, Application Hang
The program javaw.exe version 6.0.200.2 stopped interacting with windows and was closed.
