A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
The test java/awt/event/KeyEvent/KeyChar/KeyCharTest.java fails on Windows with the message "java.lang.RuntimeException: Wrong number of key events: 0".
This issue was not observed on Linux, OSX
