For JRE and sponsors installation forecasting, we need to extract time series of the installation metrics and elements for the past releases. It could be done for all or for selected elements. Omniture API, if used carefully, allows automation of the process and relatively short (~1-2 h) extraction time for limited set of the elements. Extraction of lager sets are also possible, however requirers more storage. JSON based no-sql DB will be used. A service to extract data for a given time span, metrics, and elements will be created.
