Look at a recent Java SE docs build (api/index.html).
Go to the old A-Z index, and select O. Use browser search (i.e. not javadoc search) to search for OTHER. It appears in different places depending on its declaration kind.
These pages should sort on the name first, then the declaration kind, not the other way around.
