Remove obsolete properties from build.properties

The following properties in build.properties are now obsolete and should be removed to avoid confusion:

jfx.build.jdk.version=9
jfx.build.jdk.buildnum=144

The other two properties, jfx.build.jdk.version.min and jfx.build.jdk.buildnum.min are used and need to remain.
