There are some strings which open the wrong tab in the Java Control Panel.
For example:
Script location should open Web Settings > Network but it opens Advanced tab
Most of these strings are in Web Settings > Network and Security tabs.
Also fix the resource string names. There are some strings which have "ria", this needs to be "webSettings" now.
