With JDK-8062810, src.zip in the open and closed build contains "almost all" open source files. javax.crypto and javax.net.ssl and some open security crypto source files (JGSS) are currently excluded in the open build.

The history was dated back in JDK 1.4. when JCE/JSSE/JGSS and ECC was included in Java SE. The sources provided to licensees was advised to be excluded from the main source bundle for US exports rule. This was applied also to src.zip (i.e. excluding these packages).

We are now able to include the crypto code in src.zip and other source bundles.
