[jcp] Improving embedded dialogs (for "Update" and "Security General Settings" tabs)

      We can make those dialogs more attractive, for example, by adding blinking (for the text of main question), adding round corners (new CSS for embedded dialogs?), and resizing/repositioning them (probably, making smaller).
