The scale values for both component & underlying device configuration are not updated when changed the DPI value

      Test name(s): java/awt/image/VolatileImage/VolatileImageConfigurationTest.java

      Issue is: We just changed the Scaled value of mac, but the scale values for both component & underlying device configuration are not updated refer to VolatileImageConfigurationTest-1.jpg and VolatileImageConfigurationTest-1.jpg.

      NOTE: This is a new test, we did not run this test before.
