Remove FileCopierPlugin

FileCopierPlugin was created for the build to copy files to the image. JDK build does not use it. There doesn't seem any need for such plugin.

We should remove this plugin if needed. This plugin introduces OTHER type and SymImageEntry etc that should be removed together.
