The actual result:
"tickLabelRotation" slider works incorrectedly
There's no effect on the chart tickLabel after changing ticklabelRotation value by sliding "tickLabelRotation" slider,refer to rotation-2.png
But if recheck tickLabelsVisible,the chart tickLabel shows correct,refer to rotation-3.png
The same issue happened for "tickLength",refer to ticklength-1.png and ticklength-2.png.
