JCP can not be opened on jre9b150 in oel6.4 machine

      Step:
      1.First,install test jre(test jre is jre9b150).
      2.Go to the JRE installation path run "./jcontrol".
      3.We should be open JCP.
      The actual result:
      At step3.JCP can not be opened on jre9b150 in oel6.4 system.Please refer to exception.txt and JCP.png.
