[Accessibility, TEST_BUG] should not ask to click 'x' to cancel JRE-Splash dialog

      Check all the information is visible when display setting is changed to High Contrast modes. Check colors and font sizes
      1. Check preconditions
          a. VERIFY There are no JRE's installed.
      2. Change display to High Contrast mode
      3. Use "WrapperUI.exe dialog=Splash" to invoke dialog
      4. In the dialog VERIFY:
          a. Check all the information is visible when display setting is changed to High Contrast modes. Check colors and font sizes
      5. Click "x" to cancel out of the dialog
      6. If all verifications true, test is a PASS.

      Actually behavior:
      At step 6:Can not close the dialog when clicking on "x" at right top,please refer to splash-2.jpg,
      It does not effect on this button when clicking it.
