Due to recently changes, https://kgb.us.oracle.com:8443 will use the same https cert with https://127.0.0.1:8443. So no https dialog will show up. I prepared https server on 3034 machine which used different https cert. Need to update https://kgb.us.oracle.com:8443 to https://sc11b3034.us.oracle.com:8443/ in test jnlp.
