The annotation type pages generated by javadoc is incomplete. There are two issues with the generated pages
1) The module information at the top of the page is missing.
2) The package name, at the top of the page, appears as a label instead of a link.
E.g. http://download.java.net/java/jdk9/docs/api/javax/annotation/Generated.html
