Co-located GC test should produce VM GC log.

      Tests which are located in vmTestbase/gc and vmTestbase/vm/gc should be updated to add VM options to provide GC log. Option should be at least -Xlog:gc.

        1.
        		 Add logging options to co-located gc/ArrayJuggle tests Sub-task Resolved Michail Chernov  
        2.
        		 Add logging options to vm/gc/compact tests Sub-task Open Unassigned  
        3.
        		 Update GC stress tests to use STRESS_GC_LOG_OPTS variable. Sub-task Closed Unassigned
