Seeing Unsupported curveId exception after upgrading to 8u121 (WLS12.2.1)

8u121 and WLS 12.2.1 Java throws an exception

The test matrix is

a) WLS 12.2.1 works with 8u102 and 8u112
b) WLS 12.2.1 (Is that the same version that works with 8u102/8u112) does not
work with 8u121.

Interesting note is that WLS 12.1.3 DOES work with 8u121 but ONLY if we
specify -Dweblogic.security.SSL.minimumProtocolVersion=TLSv1.0.

This is not a browser client problem. It is WebLogic as the client to an LDAP server.
