A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
I tried start local derby DB to test something quickly but I encountered an obstacle. I can't specify exactly what cause that, but when I try connect to Java DB in Netbeans it freeze on dialog with message "Connecting to databse, pleas wait...". I wait a long time but nothing happen after that. I found on Stackoverflow similarly problem (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/29196489/netbeans-not-starting-java-db-server-with-jdk-1-8-0-40). When I switch to Java DB in JDK 7 everything works fine.
STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Try connect to Java DB in Netbeans (version 8.1).
REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.

Switch to Java DB in JDK 7
