jdk9 b160, Windows 10
This test does pass with e.g. jdk9 b152 but fails consistently with b160, both Oracle and RI builds, at least on Windows 10 (I don't have another dual-screen system just now).
Easy to see that on the very first attempt to show a frame on the second screen, it goes somewhere to the NW corner of it.
RULE "java/awt/Multiscreen/LocationRelativeToTest/LocationRelativeToTest.java" Exception java.lang.RuntimeException: Test FAILED: setLocationRelativeTo() operates incorrectly
