JDK-8071957 is a draft JEP to specify the stylesheet used by the standard doclet.
This is a more general placeholder for a more general wishlist of stylesheet updates.
1. Specify and improve the names of the styles used by javadoc.
(JDK-8071957)
2. Separate the styles/stylesheet used by the standard doclet from the styles/stylesheet used for JDK docs.
3. Allow module-specific and package-specific stylesheets , perhaps by looking in the relevant doc-files subdirectory.
4. Multiple stylesheets (when present) should be cumulative, in a defined order -- e.g. default from standard doclet, javadoc command line, custom for module, custom for package
