Environment: Windows10 x64
Test Bundle: 9b159
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch JCP
2. Press right arrow to "Update" tab
3. TAB to "Weekly on Saturday at 10:00 PM"
4. Press "Space" button, "Automatic Update Advanced Settiings" dialog is displayed
5. Press "TAB" key, the focus is on the radio button
6. Press "TAB" key
Expected Result: The focus should move to "Every" drop down list
Actual Result: The focus is not on the "Every:" drop down list, it seems the focus move to an invisible component
7. Press "TAB" key two times, the focus is on "At:" drop down list
8. Press "TAB" key
Expected Result: The focus should move back to radio button
Actual Result: The focus is not on the radio button, it seems the focus move to an invisible component
