A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
After launching the application from the jnlp file i am trying to add few NTP servers through the application.

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
Application must not show any pop up window of a security warning.
ACTUAL -
Application shows pop up window with a security warning.

ERROR MESSAGES/STACK TRACES THAT OCCUR :
The application has requested permission to establish connections

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
