Reversion of langtools test changes for limited win32 address space

    Description

      With JDK-8166002 (Emulate client build on platforms with reduced virtual address space), langtools tests still run into memory issue on win32.

      JDK-8175116 reported and tests reapplied the run in othervm workaround (JDK-8174059).

      Now that JDK-8175116 had been fixed, the workaround in test (JDK-8174059) should be reverted.
