[TESTBUG] CDS tests should be excluded from running with -UseCompressedOops

      CDS mode is incompatible with -UseCompressedOops.
      A number of CDS tests fail with the message "Unable to use shared archive.: UseCompressedOops and UseCompressedClassPointers must be on for UseSharedSpaces" when they are executed with "-UseCompressedOops".
