gtestLauncher should run tests on a separate thread (optionally)

      On AIX, we cannot invoke the JVM on the primordial thread, because we cannot place guard pages on the primordial thread stack (see JDK-8171505). This issue is annoyingly difficult to solve. Therefore it would be good if the gtestLauncher had an option to avoid the primordial thread.
