In order to convert our API docs to HTML 5, we need to add some styles to the main stylesheet, to support tables. This is to provide a replacement for the use of attributes like border, cellspacing and cellpadding in HTML 4.
In the attached list of examples, the suggested styles are for #6 and #11.
