A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Our users can go to our internal home page to upload large files via SFTP. When the user clicks on a button to browse to the file so they can upload their large file.

Now when we click on the button, nothing happens. I've tested this both on Windows 10 and Windows 7 64 bit OS while using IE 11.0.10240.17202.

I rolled back to Java Version 8 121 and then the button started working properly. The server appliance they are using for those file transfers that is made be Accellion.

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
