[TESTBUG] CDS tests should use CDSTestUtils.executeAndLog whenever spawning sub processes

JTReg does not retain logs for child processes. For CDS tests a lot of testing occurs by launching child processes for creation of the archive, running JVM with an archive or running tools. The outputs of child processes are important for troubleshooting. Therefore a utility method CDSTestUtils.executeAndLog() was created. Some tests are already using it, but there are several places where it is not used and should be. This issue is to fix those places in the code to use executeAndLog().
