tests added/changed by 8166139 should be updated to use the latest testlibrary

JDK-8180888 and JDK-8180887 removed a couple of testlibrary classes, the changesets were created and tested before several tests were refactored by JDK-8166139. as a result the tests can not find removed classes and fail:
