there is packageless CompilerUtils in /jdk/test/lib/testlibrary which is identical to jdk.test.lib.compiler.CompilerUtils from /test/lib. /jdk/test/lib/testlibrary/CompilerUtils should be removed and all its users should be updated to use j.t.l.compiler.CompilerUtils
