Update langtools tests to allow for unique test classes directory

      jtreg has been changed for jtreg 4.2 b08 to use a unique test classes directory per test (CODETOOLS-7902003). This breaks a number of hotspot tests that will need to be fixed before jtreg can be promoted and requiredVersion bumped to b08.
