Unable to type characters with tilde with swiss german keyboard layout

      Swiss German keyboard layout

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      When using the swiss german keyboard layout, it is not possible to type characters with tilde (i.e.: ã). Instead of these characters, a different character appears (ẫ).

      STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
      1. Use swiss german keyboard layout
      2. Run the attached java fx application
      3. Type '~'
      4. Type 'a'

      EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
      EXPECTED -
      The textfield contains 'ã'
      ACTUAL -
      The textfield contains 'ẫ'

      REPRODUCIBILITY :
      This bug can be reproduced always.
