To facilitate the introduction of row headers (and column headers) for tables using the style "striped", we should set the font-weight of <th> in <tbody> to be "normal", as compared to the default, "bold".

This will allow us to assign row-headers to an appropriate cell in each row, without disturbing the visual style.
