tools/launcher/modules/illegalaccess/IllegalAccessTest.java times out on some platforms when xcomp is used.

      Test tools/launcher/modules/illegalaccess/IllegalAccessTest.java failed with timeout when -Xcomp is set on slow hosts. It also takes about 30 minutes to complete it on linux-x64 when xcomp is used.

      Even test has each own extended timeout it might still doesn't enough to complete.
