1). Go to:
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre8-downloads-2133155.html
2). Choose "Accept License Agreement".
3). Download "jre-8u141-windows-i586.exe" (Windows x86 Offline).
4). See the downloaded file. It should be 54.56 MB but the downloaded file is only 172 KB. This is a corrupt installer.
