ConstantPoolCache::_resolved_references is not a JNIHandle

    Description

      This field is simply a pointer to an oop and has nothing to do with JNIHandles anymore. Same with ModuleEntry::_module and _protection_domain.

      Encapsulate these in a type that controls how to access these oops, currently indirection.
