Pisces has been replaced by Marlin but the source code is still there,
built, and shipped in JDK 9 as a temporary fall back for anyone who has a
problem with Marlin. However we haven't heard of such problems - at least not yet.
Post JDK 9 (ie JDK 10) we should be able to remove Pisces, thereby
removing effectively dead code and reducing static footprint.
